Hey, I need some opinions. My school has a talent show coming up in which we travel around to a few other schools in our area, and every band that is in the show plays a song. I am going to try out, either as a solo act, or with one other guitarist (there are very few musicians where I live). Last year I played a beatles song with a band(and won), but this year I want to play a phish song. I can play pretty much all of there stuff, but I need to keep it around 5 minutes. (otherwise I would just play you enjoy myself) The other guitarist is just a backup option, he can play okay, but he cant harmonize. Here are some ideas I have: Its ice Lizards Fee Down With Disease Free Run Like an Antelope Mike's Song Waste Tell me which you think I should play. any other ideas are appreciated too. Keep in mind these are a bunch of high schoolers with no taste, so it has to be a bit entertaining. I wouldnt mind playing a song by another band, maybe "in my life" by the beatles. I dont know yet. I would love to play birds of a feather but I have no bassist and I dont know anyone else that can hold a pitch, so the harmony is impossible. Thanks for the input
