It takes most guys a couple of minutes before they can move one to round two. I personally feel you both need that time to relax and have some more foreplay. I don't know whether you wear a condom or not, but if it is like me, you have dumped your load and it feels great when you start again... all will be well man.
That is perfectly normal for almost all guys. You will remain erect for a half minute or so after orgasm, and you might try to keep your penis inside her vagina afer going soft, and you may get hard again in a few minutes. But don't try this if you are using a condom. as you may squeeze out the cum from the first orgasm inside her as you go for the second one.
