you really should change that attitude...i know easier said than done...however it has been my experience that people you love can be snatched from you at anytime...so cherish the moments you have with them...make every moment count and dont let petty bullshit between you guys ruin that...

yeah I remember when I was little I hated my sis too. I threw a dictionary at her face, and she threw rollerskaters at mine and broke my nose. It was fun.

 

Now it all makes sense...

 

I didnt hate my sister but we definitely got into some fights when we were younger. She kicked one of my teeth out 1 time haha

I tormented my cousin - threw plants at her and chased her

Were all great friends now

And don't think you do no wrong either - its not just your sister

it you'll both get olderand laugh

Don't worry, more than likely, the two of you will end up friends later on down the line. Sibling rivalry happens more often than not in most families. Granted, I don't know the particular severity of your situation with your sister, but...

I see my own kids do things at times and I wonder how they'll be with one another as they become adults. Right now, my oldest is 8 and my twins are 4.5 years old, so they are pretty close in age, which also means they fight quite a bit. *laughs* But I think it's going to be hell when they're teenagers, I'm already preparing myself for my two boys to be at it more often than not. The two of them are so competitive! I hope they will end up more as friends in the later years, because right now, I'm not so sure. There's a major battle between the two mama's boys.

Hang in there...I tormented my little sister like heck when we were younger, now we're extremely close, despite the big age gap between us. My husband fought a LOT with his older sister, even went through a period of several years without speaking to her (long story) and he also loved to torment his younger brother, but now, they're all really close...

 

My sister is 5 years older than I am and used to beat me senseles when i was young, now we get along great but yes I went thru a few years not talking to her too.

 

I have an older sister that is 4 years older than me. we never got along when
I was young. Now we actually hang out somtimes and go to bars and are good friends. Things just work out like that as you get older. You appreciate each other more
