Fitzy, dude, are you trying to kill yourself? 7 eggs? That's an obscene amount of cholesterol right there! Maybe next time if you're going to eat that much egg, substitute half of the yolks with egg white instead? Much better for you, although I realize you're really into getting the protein and building muscle mass through lifting. But there has to be a healtier way to do it as far as your diet goes. Seriously hon, I worry about you sometimes! You're going to give yourself a heart attack! Not attacking you at all of course, just expressioning concern as your friend!
*giggles* I was being overly dramatic, sometimes it's hard to decipher when I'm being dramatic and when I'm not. Ahhh, one of the down sides of the internet. But seriously though, he does have a habit of eating a lot of eggs. I'm not a big egg person myself. One is usually more than enough for me, unless in omelet form, in which case I use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. I worry about cholesterol a lot. My husband inherited high cholesterol from his father, despite his healthy diet. So, I make sure to watch he doesn't do any more damamge by eating a lot of cholesterol laden foods. Better safe than sorry!

I'm not overly worried about dietary cholesterol and normally I only have 4 eggs but I needed to get rid of 13 in one night and morning
