Hey I have a couple question of some pills that I just took a couple minutes ago. Well to start it off I'll show you the picture of what they look like http://www.erowid.org/pharms/diphen...hydramine.shtml , if you go to that link the picture that they have on the description page is exactly what they look like. They aren't benadryl, but I think its generic brand its called TopCare. Its suppose to be the same as benadrly kapsels but its $2.50 cheaper. Anyways on to the questions: 1. I just took them at about 9:25pm central time, how long will it take before they kick in 1 or 2 hours I'm guessing? 2. I hear you really hallucinate off these stuff so will I be able to hide it if I have to, even though everyones asleep? 3. The dose I took was 12 pills or 300mg's is this a good first time dose? 4. Also in case I do this again which one causes better hallucinations Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine)? Just curious, what makes you think that taking 300mg of diphenhydramine will cause a worthwhile experience? I can't imagine that it would be pleasant if you manage to stay awake. I used to take 25-75mg a night for insomnia, it seemed to really help but I was sometimes a little groggy in the morning after taking 75mg.
I loved the shit for about 3 weeks. Did it everyday. I was up to around 900mg/1g by the time I stopped. I just kept trying to re-live the visuals and emotions I had encountered on the first night I had tried it. Never worked... I'd say it's good for a one-time thing, but there's really nothing more to it.
I ended up using the other 250mg in the bottle ( the last two I threw away because they were damaged, when that powder tastes like crap.) So overall 550mb = crazy halluciantaions.
Ya it was alright some of the hallucinations were scary, I guess according to my mom i was talking to a cactus and a lamp.
Ughhh benadryl....I REALLY do not recommend it, way more dangerous and unpleasant than dxm, back when I used to dxm I actually felt like I was tripping, and had a worthy experience, but with benadryl it was fucking delirious unpleasant insanity...my best way to describe it.
yah dont do benedrly. in my experience its just like datura. similar effects, fun for some, scary for others, and always dangerous.
Not sure how much you guys did, but from all my research, moderate doses always go well. Did you bad trippers happen to take over 400mg perchance? 250-300mg DPH is apparently the threshold dose. 300mg may or may not be strong enough/too strong for you.
^sorry but my friend seized on 450mg. it has nothing to do with the experience, in fact i find it cool, but its just to dangerous to fuck around with, if it wasnt id being doing it infact theres alot of seizer's reported on erowid. i almost think datura is safer cause my friend (the one who seized) tried that before he tried dph and nothing bad happened accept for he didnt like the effects to well.
