Has anyone had a full bikini wax? I was thinking about getting one but I was afraid it would really hurt like a bitch. And I feel just a bit weird having someone ripping hair from my bikini line... But I can't do it myself (I've tried). Does it hurt? Is it worth it?
Honestly yes it does hurt, pretty much what you could expect from someone ripping hair out of you but for sure it is worth it..i say go try it out and if it hurts to much just get them to stop.
My cousin said it hurt less than getting her legs waxed, but getting her legs waxed is massively painful for her so who knows what kind of measuring stick that is
It does hurt like a bitch--but the first few rips are the worse--then you kind of get used to it or go into shock-lol- My advice, if you're gonna do it just tell yourself it will hurt but the result is smooth ass skin--pun intended--and it feels great. Of course, then you have to repeat every 1.5 months or so.
I've done this before but then had little patience growing it out or waiting until having myself smooth again. It hurts like kangaroo claws scraping and a thousand piranhas.
Ive tryed this at home..... the wax got stuck... and omg was it hell getting that off. I would say go for it.... and like Sophisticaste said. Just tell them to stop if it hurts you too much.
If by full bikini wax you mean all the hair removed then yes I've had this done. Loved the results, but yeah it hurt. Don't be affraid, just do it, you'll love it. As for feeling weird about having it done, well that is normal. It was really weird for me because I'm a guy, had never been to a salon/day spa, and well I had no idea about what to expect. The estheticians that perform these services do it all the time and it is all very clinical. Just do it and then you'll know, if I can you can.
The first time you get it done it will hurt just like the first time you got your bikini line waxed but if you get a brazillian wax every 4 weeks thereafter and not leaving it until say 6-8 weeks, then the hairs will be a little loser and it won't hurt much at all. Make sure you go to a place that does a lot of brazillian waxing and you are with someone who has been doing this kind of waxing for a long time. I have had good waxing experiences with very smooth finish and bad ones done by new therapists.
I had a Brazilian done numerous times , but I had it sugared not wax . cleans up with water and is done at room temp. I loved the results as a guy it made everything smooth and sensual . I didn't mind it when she ripped the hair from my scrotum area , no where as painful as I expected. A hell of a lot better than shaving and the after rash/bumps . The more experienced the person doing the sugaring the better my experiences have been. I read about waxing and sugaring and went for the sugaring, the idea of hot wax sorta changed mind .
i'd imagine it to be as painful as ripping out your armpit hair for the first time. lol. but yeah, i wanna get a brazillian wax too.. maybe at some point in the summer..
Would anyone who has had it done compare it to getting your armpits waxed? I don't see it hurting that bad. I'm shy about people seeing me bottomless, which is the main reason I haven't done it yet, but one of these days I'm going to suck it up and get it done. It will be done before I have sex. No buts.
