I had this dream a few years ago and it was so strong I have never forgotten it. I was on a school bus and we were stopped in a garage and this girl on the bus walks up to me and asks me if I would like to join there protest and get off the bus. I agreed assuming we would reboard after they were done. So now I am standing in the bus garage with 2 or 3 other girls and the bus is gone. We decide we are going to go outside and see if we can find a way home. We open the door and it is night time. It must of recently snowed because the ground is super flat and covered in like an inch of snow. Off in the distance we see one black street lamp and a black bench. We decide to head for it. Once we reach the brench and lamp we turn around to see nothing for miles and miles around. There we stand in the dark with the only street lamp and bench for miles in the snow. All the sudden a white mini van starts to drive by. I notice my sister is in the back. She spots me and gets the van to stop. I am so happy I drop my school books and run to hug her. I tell her to keep the bus there for one more second so I can get my books. I turn around to get them and when I turn back I see the van driving off. I just start crying hard. I am all alone in the dark with one street lamp and bench for company. I woke up really crying and mad at my sister. It was such a strong emontion for me. Any thoughts or ideas?
it is not anyone's fault that none of us can always even rely upon ourselves to be reliable for others, it makes therefor no sense to assume anyone else, no mater how much they might otherwise want to, will always be able to be for us. yes, that may be an emotionally difficult thing to understand. sorry, i didn't create this univerese. it's not all cold like that though. your dream was only looking at one part of reality. otherwise the landscape would have been much more diverse and interesting. and there would have been other ways of coming and going besides a schoolbus and someone's van. i think that says something about how we make this world though, why we need to not make everything have to be about having to rely upon individuals, ourselves OR others. that's why people got togather ages ago to form villages. so survival wasn't limited to the resources of one kinship. now we have governments trying to weasel out of the whole and only reason for them to exist. =^^= .../\...
ConfusedDreamer, Are you in school or working? You may be changing your outlook in life, take up another way of thinking and feel isolated. (You could be moving away from home, or transferring to a different school or job division, for example.) There may be an offer or a business opportunity. But even if you do not take it, there are likely to be many opportunities available. You will succeed and be happy.
