Is Schwag good seeds that were grown in poor conditions or something? Because I don't understand why people would still be growing schwag.
Ha me either i havent even tried schwag but from the look of it i kno it sucks... haha considering that middies is half as good as kind buds maby a little less and schwag is even worse than that its like damn... horrible pot.
ive only seen schwag one time and it wasnt even mine, I would never buy that shit haha. But my friend got 108 grams of the shittiest weed on earth for like $100 haha it sucked and tasted so rank i could hardly smoke it.
Personally I don't always have cash to burn (but when I do, I'll pay $50 an 8th if it's good). Most of the time I pay about $100 an ounce and deal with the seeds and stems. But I have the benefit of being a lightweight, so I don't need ass-kicking pot to have a good time. I also like to toke as I work and if I always did it with really good stuff I'd be a zombie. So I don't mind schwag simply because I do a LOT of casual toking. Also, Schwag is the term given to all those promotional gimme things that people who sell crap give away. Everything from keychains and calendars to pens to chocolates. So the C belongs. Back in the 70s we bought by nationality, Columbian was preferred and I have Vietnamese a few times, but when I bought a quarter counce sack for $5 it was usually either home grown or Mexican. CF
Ja, most schwag is just badly grown. Seeding taking away from both bulk and potency, and bad curing giving it bad flavor and texture. Though I assume at least some schwag must come from plants with awful genetics, but I don't know why someone would knowingly grow plants with bad genes; just seems like a waste of time and you won't make much off selling it.
just because a seed came from schwag does not mean the weed is going to be schwag. schwag is what it is because of how it was grown, harvested, manicured (or lack there of) and transported. it won't be white widow or anything, but with the right attention and knowledge you can take a seed from schwag and make dank out of it. you can also do the opposite, which is to plant an entire field of jack herer seeds and make total schwag out of it. you do take a gamble though by planting seeds from schwag, which is why most self respecting growers buy seeds from overseas seed banks with known, predictable genetics.
lots of time schwag comes from your average seed but has been harvested to early or did not get enough sunlight as far as i know people dont try to grow sschwag they just dont know what there doing so thats what they get out of there plant
easier to grow and bigger yeilds will make a person want more profit so they think a couple lbs will be better then oz's of the dankest shit.
Indeed this is exactly what's happening. They're making it up in volume. They don't maintain the crops except to water them. It's just an effort to grow the most crop in the smallest space. People generally buy by weight, so capitalism once again trumps quality. If there wasn't so much money in weed, do you think the cops would care about it so much? CF
