So last night by boyfriend was going to sneak over to my house. His parents caught him. Which I guess is good becuase if mine had caught him I'd be on the streets and he would have no penis.
I don't know if his parents will tell mine though.
He's 18 and I'm 16. Could anything legal be done with him?
I've tried reading up on this but nothing is too clear. I mean, it was obviously consential and stuff...
I'm just scared of what will happen is my stepdad finds out.
    Any clue?

His parents know that we have before though. They were lecturing him about how he could get me in trouble and stuff, and he said that he had "been safe" aka condom and shit.

Which state do you live in?

I think that Florida at least has the "3 year" rule.

Which means that a consenting 19 and 16 year old would still be legal.

Plus, the only thing he has to worry about is you pressing charges against him on grounds of rape. Otherwise, nothing can happen.

    I live in Alabama.
So my stepfather couldn't do anything as long as I told him that he had my consent? Thats what I'm worried about.

Even if your step-father does press charges and everything goes to shit...

They have nothing on him if you refuse to testify in court.

A bunch of 16 year olds date 18 year olds... I honestly, honestly, honestly don't see the big deal... you'd expect a 2 year gap to be pretty damn socially accepted by now.

Tell your stepfather to go and eat some shit.

I know right? He's so overprotective only because he hates me. It's not the whole "love" kind of thing. It's pure hatred. He told me once. thanks a lot :D

yea here in massachusetts, it's ok with the 3 year rule and if you're over 16 and it's consensual.
