Is there any way to get a sufficient amount of nutrition with a diet of fresh produce and soy milk? I guess it would be some kind of raw-foodist diet?

    Yes!

This diet can often be much more nutritionally complete than most peoples way of eating! (ok, so it doest take much, but still)

Its a good idea to include nuts if possible, and fatty foods like coconuts, avocadoes etc...and eat plenty of very dark green leafy veggies...Also a good idea to keep track of the nutrients youre getting. There are sites you can do that on

B12 suppliment would be good..uhm...and really just get researching! There are whole recipe books, forums and sites about this lifestyle, loads of ideas and support

Id say make sure you do it right though, as it will cause changes in your body you need to be ready for, and youll need to know how to deal with things like weightloss etc should it happen to you. Make sure you eat plenty plenty as you get stated:)

    Good luck:)

You can get enough protein while raw (I was raw for a while and have been slowly going back to it). Lots of nuts like verseau_miracle said. You can track your nutrient intake through fitday.com. That's what I used while I was pregnant and raw (was obsessed with getting enough for the baby).
