Not so much with people talking, but when I'm walking I feel like everythings going by really slow and then it seemes to go normal or a little faster than normal speed and then finally it slows down again.
yea what IS a chippy? Also, I notice that my coversations slow down. I space out and become distracted easily, and don't really listen to what someone is saying to me... They definitely don't speed up though.
A wild guess, since I never heard of the chippy before neither: is it the fish and chips shop/bar/counter/wagon?
Sometimes when Im cruisin' a J, Ill catch myself creeping along at like 30 or 20 mph. As for speed up, only time we get that is when someone is holding the smoke too long, we will say something like "Its not a microphone, pass that shit yo" or "hey Chief Tokeitall, care to share with the tribe"
A restaraunt is where you sit down and have a meal. A chip shop is where you walk in, order your chips from a counter, they wrap them in newspaper/paper or put them in a polystyrene tray, you pay and take them away. So it's like a shop for chips.
all my conversations slow down when i'm stoned, never speed up.. but usually i'm never paying attention to what anyone says anyway cause i'm all zoned out
When I'm high it takes me longer to register what people say to me, almost like a 10-second delay type thing. Someone will say something to me, but the words are not understood until a little after they say it.
