Well, usually when my girl and I have it, I often have to 'hold my load' by pinching the shaft or head of my penis. This doesn't really hurt, and although I get the slightest pinch during release, the semen seems to 'shoot out' more. A few days ago she asked me "Doesn't it hurt, holding it in like that?". I replied no, simply because it didn't. However, it made me wonder, would doing this harm my penis in any way?
Not really sure...but I wouldn't advise holding your load like that. Why don't you ask a doctor..a professional instead of random people on a forum?
i know that its bad to hold ur bladder in.. cause it can burst affect ur erection so i've heard but.... hahah dunno bout ur load...
Medically Speaking I do not believe it causes any problem nor could it cause a problem with your penis, plumbing perhaps, don't be so severe, and know yourself - that way you can control your release.
I'm sure if you kept it up after years there might be some effect, but doing it now and again I cant see much happening but I'm no doctor so your guess is as good as mine
