Adopting within the rainbow family

So, we are wanting to adopt a child from within the family, to complete our own family and provide a love-filled natural home, on an organic farm, for a child. Does anyone have advice on finding an expectant mother who would be looking for adoptive parents, or does anyone know of or have experience with anything like this?
