So you get to watch 2 dvd's for free, and then you get your free Apple gift! Now, I have read through the terms & conditions and it seems to be legit. I have not a penny in my bank account so I am paying nothing! lol. The gift you get (choose) depends on the number of people you refer to this offer. I think this is where they expect most referred people to choose an offer you have to pay for, or stay subscribed to lovefilm...and they get money from the companies for the good advertising and so on... But if you stick to what I've told you above, you don't have to pay anything, and it is within the guidelines of the website that you qualify for a gift after you've received 2 dvds from LoveFilm! hmmm nothing is free in this world is the phrase that comes to mind... I wouldnt trust them anyway, even if they seem to be legit. there must be something in it for them.
I'd be skeptical... have a GOOD read of the terms of Service... maybe they specify a term before you can cancel (a la Internet providers with their stupid "minimum contract" thing). Personally, I wouldn't bother. Ipods are shite anyway.
Right, So It's been nearly 2 weeks since I started this. Today I cancelled my subscription before my free trial ended. I rented 2 DVDs, returned them, and they have received them. My Lovefilm account has been cancelled, and the Apple Incentives website now says I have successfully completed my offer! So all I have to do now is refer people to do the same...
