tonight i think i might just do some situps and stuff cuase i was gonna goto the Y today to workout but i did'nt and i feel like it so what should i do today blaze then workout or workout then blaze, i have no heavy equipment for working out at home so it's just going to be sit up stuff probably just abs maybe a few push-ups.
Personally, I like to workout and then blaze. It is so relaxing after a workout. But that is just me.
Unless it's the get up and do stuff weed, I would save it until after I'm done working out. Ahh, nothing makes me want to do some strenuous excersise more than a few bong tokes. Lemme just get my weights...off of the couch.
I would build a contraption to hold a joint, so whenever I finish a situp, I could light the joint and smoke, and then continue with the situps until you are done. Then stop doing situps, and just smoke.
Whenever I lie down and smoke I always drop a little ash and burn my chest. Owch! Which is why I don't do that anymore. I smoke, then lie down.
I prefer smoking while I workout. Then again my workout consists of walking to work and walking home. Every now and then I will ride my bike a few miles and smoke a joint. But other than that I just sit around and type.
