Does anyone else do this?

So, sometimes when I'm really stoned, when people start talking, I pick out a random word in the sentence and suddenly a whole story pops into my head. Like, for instance, my friend said fruit, and I instantly had the feeling of finishing a reaally long but good book, and I imagined several characters and their journies that they took, and whatever the last line of the book would be. This was all at once, like I had watched an entire movie instantly.

These stories are so vivid that I could tell you exactly what happened to each character, where they came from, what they liked and didn't like, and previous adventures that they had. When I try to explain this to my friend while I'm high though, he doesn't seem to find it very interesting. Maybe because it's really hard to explain.

No, I mean I come up with these whole stories in my head that resemble some epic book.

 

oh i totally do that. It's like you completley veer off a conversation in your mind and then snap back into it after you zoned out about somthing totally random for like 5 minues.

yeah but the problem is you can never remember your insanely creative thoughts and imaginings even 5 minutes later... by the next morning or when you sober up you never remember the story

 

Yeah, sometimes I laugh so much while I'm trying to tell the story that I forget how it goes, so I start making another one.

 

i used to do this before my tolerance got to high... now i cant get stoned enough to do it unless im smoking some kush or dro or something

 

Maybe you should get high and write books, could make a lot of money.
