I liked the song, but there were a few problems. 1. At the beginning when you were trying to sing that the song was about The Davos Question... yeah, that introduction wasn't as melodic as the rest of the song. 2. You kind of needed more pictures, the same things were shown over and over. 3. This one wasn't a big deal, probably to noone but me, but: a. You posted the link on hipforums b. You mentioned vietnam c. You had the famous picture from the Kent State Massacre Yet you called this a new kind of revolution? Sure, in comparison to the length of civilization its new, but I think most of the issues you addressed have been around long enough not to be considered brand new.
That was a fairly negative sounding post. I should of put more stress on the fact that I did in fact like the song.
Hey Thanks for the critique. I think your right but you know I found out about the Davos Question on Christmas Day. I decided to respond to the challenge and make a video write a song and I did it for what I thought was a Deadline January 1. I am not going to win anything but I am still glad I did it. By the way try to figure out hou to sing My answer to the Davos Question ANd what to do in 2008. Quite a chalenge for rock and roll. Since you you did so well giving me feedback How about checking this video song I wrote for Mother Earth called Gaia Talk to you later Papillon
I like that song too, though obviously I have no idea what you are saying. I listened to "listen to the versus" also, liked that beat too. Very few modern singers (probably because very few try) can pull off "calm" songs. Good work.
