Really freaking out (yet another teen crisis!)

Hey, well lemme get to the point. My gf may be pregnant...

she told me yesterday that her period was two weeks late...and i am freaking out. Now the last time we had sex was about 4-5 weeks ago (hard to get time to do it, because we both live at home) anyways, i remember that i used a condom (i always do) and i checked it after, in case it was leaky or broke (always a post-caution i take) and it was fine. I'm pretty sure before we started i stuck my penis in, just for a second, without the condom. i know, stupid, but hey when ur in the moment, and i wanted to feel what it was like without a condom. and thats is whats really freakin me out. The other side of it is, shes been havin a really stressful time at home over the past 2-3 weeks, and i know stress can make you miss a period. Also she told me that this has happened before, but before she met me, and everything was ok (she wasn't sexually active then tho)

tomorrow (or later today, its 5.40am here) we are goin into town and she is gona get a pregnancy test. I hope to god that it is negative, or our parents will murder both of us o_o

so any assurances? or can anyone tell me of anything like this they may have experienced?

 

well, she got the test today.

I was talkin to her after, and i said to her that the two minutes that it took for the results to show must've felt like hours. She told me that nothing in her life had made her that nervous.

A warning to any other teens out there, for god sake dont do what i did, because if you find yourself in this situation, u will really know about it. I was so nervous for the past 2 days that i didn't sleep, couldn't eat, and felt sick in my stomach all the time. Apparently my gf had been like that too.

GREAT NEWS THO! test was negative, so she isn't preg. Hearing that was like some one had just pulled a massive weight off me. Go us! haha.

But seriously, from now on, it will be wrapped up before it goes near her. We've also decided to not have any sex for awhile, because this event gave us such a scare, that we are not willing to risk it again.

hmm i think i should maybe ask her to see a doctor, if she goes much longer without her period, i just hope she will be okay, would hate to think that there is something wrong with her, n she didn't get it checked out.

well im happy for you that the test was negative. Why dosent your girl go on the pill? You should still use a condom, but the pill is pretty effective.
on the contrary, pregnancy tests are not always accurate so maybe she should be tested by a doctor? Or it could be a medical issue.

 

It seems like you really care about your girl (in general). Good for you guys.
And yeah, she should try to go on the pill because it regulates your periods as well.

yea pill helps. my periods used to be seriously irregular XD like 6-8weeks between and id go for few months without one, and once when that happened my friends and bf got paranoid and all thought i was pregnant and in end made me so paranoid i bought a test. was negative and i got my period that evening, was annoyed at them XD but pill sorts it out yea

 

If you old enough to play then your old enough to pay.

 

the pill isnt fool proof tho.. especially if you dont take it at the same time everyday.. but it is still a good idea.. and you should be careful the kind of test you use, they dont always work.. but not to worry, girls get thier periods late, it happens.. stress can be a reason.. and everyone does that thinking back and trying to pin point the moment it happened, but precum does make babies.. that is how i was brought into this world.. =]

Its been 3 months, 4 negative tests later, and my gf finally got her period. Bout time. She is going on the pill as soon as she can. so in a few days. God its such a relief of our minds. only thing now tho, is i hope shes okay. she does be under a lot of stress at home, plus school, and other stuff, so i'm guessin that was the reason behind it.

anyways. all i can say is goddamn i've learned from this.... no more chance taking!
