If you have issuse remembering anything you have to do from day to day, get yourself a small notepad that fits into your back pocket. I finally remembered to pick one up, its handy.

I have the worst memory ever. I can't remember all the crap that happened when I wasn't high, lol. So its wierd because I remember most everything when I'm high.

I have a horrible memory...I've tried the writing everything down bit, but it didn't work. I forgot to write anything down. Or I'd forget that I'd written it down, and never looked at it again.

Sometimes I'll remember to put stuff into my cell phone so that an alarm goes off when I need to do something. That helps a little. And I have loving peoples to remind me when I have obligations, haha.

Ya i also don't have a memory. I just started writing stuff down to help.

The bad thing about short term memory loss is that over time that becomes long term memory loss too because you've already forgotten the short term that should turn into the long term..get what im sayin? It also impacts my social skills/personality because i cant remember interesting, funny, and exciting stories/facts to share with my friends. Thats why im cutting down on weed alot this year.

i have the worst memory ever.
every once in awhile my mom will tell me something and then like 2 minutes later i'll be like "wait, what did you say?" or sometimes I'LL even tell my mom something, and then she'll ask a question about it and i'll be like "wait.. what did i say again?" i feel like such a burn out.

i doubt the notepad thing would work for me.. i never write shit down

well ^ in the 2min it takes for you to forget, do you not think anythng, or do you have ideas crawling all over?

i notice when im very busy with personal realisations/ideas/conversations i dont remember what people tell me, yet when im mellow and chilled its easier.

why feel bad? it can be a good thing, when one has so much shit going inside him, and others keep spilling on extra you have a crazy breakdown, or mental problems even. natural memory varies from person to person, what i would forget mostly is when i would go to the store for my mum, shed ask me to get like 6 things, if get 5 and forget the last. but thats nothing, just remember main things like fire=hot etc lol. but about the notepad thing, i have one in my draw, i use it for any breakthrough thoughts and ideas i get which i want to evolve further, and for it i need it detailed and stored =)

I have a notepad too, but I use it mainly for important things that occur to me, personal revelations or ideas for my work.

lol, there's a joke in my family...if somebody asks me to do something I usually forget and don't do it. When they get mad I'm just like, "Did I get it in writing? No? Look, if its not in writing it probably won't get done. Leave me a post-it and I'll get back to you."
