Have your mom help you. My parents helped me set up an eBay store like 2 years ago. I would sell refurbished xbox's and just say their brand new and put up internet pictures of the consoles. I made $700 over xmas while back. Really your parents should be all in for it. You can set up a paypal account which is for a bank account so you dont need your credit cards. Then you can directly transport money to your account when you make sales.

use your parents bank account, thats what I did. Also the fact that you dont have a bank account might make you think its time to get one....
Yeah you should think about getting a bank account anyway. The eBay option is probably the easiest thing you can do and you are making a big hassle out of it. You aren't going to be buying things with their credit card so it shouldn't make a difference to them.
