Hey. Sounds like you're already doing good. Having a balanced diet is important for losing weight. If you eat too little your body starts storing fat, thinking that there's a famine. If you eat too much...well everyone knows why that's not good.

    Good luck hon!

You probably got fat because you're into sports. Its the diet. You've been taught to consume large portions and calories to produce energy. At 15, your metabolism is starting to slow ever so slightly, so you're going to start building mass. If you have a normal activity level, you'll burn most of the fat off with your new diet. But it takes time.

Walking is always good, even in winter. You should walk for about 20 minutes in each direction. Do it as much as you want otherwise. It'll make your legs stronger if you want to jog later.

I prefer to sit down while I jog, therefore I ride bicycles. :)

    Almost my whole life.

Your diet sounds fine, but you must always balance that with physical action.

To achieve good health, you must also keep the mind happy.

And that the very reason I avoid it. :)

I prefer textured vegetable protein, like Boca ground burger.
