^^^ hahahaha Okay I have to work really hard to gain or lose weight. My body really likes itself at around 130 lbs. Christmas time and vacation time I ate pretty bad, but now I am converting back to exercise stretching and healthy eating...but my body likes itself at this weight I can tell.
I didn't really eat anymore on Christmas than I normally do...so I didn't gain anything to my knowledge.
Not for everyone. The more I eat, the more I shit That's pretty much it. I have the metabolism every girl wishes for.
I do hope that by "fight" you mean "drink", and that by "club" you mean "ridiculous amounts of wine"... if that's so, I'm in. I put on a lot of muscle last summer while working here at the greenhouse... I looked pretty damn buff for a stick, but I still only gained like a pound or two. But yes, as Fitz said... I probably don't eat near as much as I think I do.
Deal. You bring the Carlo Rossi, while I'll bring the Jefferson Starship records "Don't you remember..... we built this city.... we built this city....................on rock n' roll!"
Why be sad? Enjoy the holidays. With what you've been able to shed that four pounds will be nothing. Don't waste time and energy being sad about it... be happy that you can afford to celebrate to the fullest and with your normal eating and exercise you'll not come away with any extra baggage. Stupid New Years starvation diet resolutions are as much an overreaction to a couple holiday pounds as they are an improvement in routine and lifestyle.
