I'm not a fan of pumping iron myself, and the only reason I go to the gym is because our dojo is in the aerobics room - but I can tell you that while there are gym freaks who fit your description, not everyone you see at the gym is like that. There are people who go to the gym because they they want to live a healthier lifestyle and having a trainer to guide them along the exercises helps.
wait why would it be mindless. (had to think about it) and I suppose to not injur yourself requires much skill._ We are each building different buildings and you'res has character judging by the tact you have shown responding to my little "skate or die" rant.
i think ime too fat to skate man, thats one of the things that i think my weight is holding be back from. if you only knew how many times i thought about skating it would suprise you, but at 250 i think skateboarding is out of the question.
Unless you're having leg problems, I bet you're not too heavy to walk. And I'm not talking about just the treadmill at the gym. If it's not too far and you're an early riser, walk to school and back. Walk everywhere every time you get the chance. That way, even when you're not at the gym, you'll still be burning calories.
Not at 17. Just remember if it is a skateboard you get for a toy to play on----it's you're sport. Solely you'res that you are inventing. (you can do anything, invent tricks no one cares about, ect.) You want to go for personal best and no other kind of 'best' But if it aint for you, you can carry that spirt to anything. "Its not about technique or style-- it's about fun."
Red eyes and a dog? That would be fitzy21. Okay, now your post makes more sense. I thought at first you were addressing me or elitesaint666 but it didn't sound like you were.
