What's better?

I might be doing a mitsubishi this sat....what's better? take one half and then take another after an hour OR take the whole pill?

i dissolve them under my tongue sometimes, but a lot of people think that's absolutely disgusting.

dunno the last time i took a similar one i took a full one and it was very strong...too strong maybe

 

You know yourself better then anyone here, so if one pill is too strong I would recommend under the tongue, it might taster bitter but the ingestion is slower and won't hit you as hard.

disolving under the tongue (sublingual) will speed up ingestion...
if you want full effect from one pill but slow ingestion, swallow half and ten minutes later swallow other half...

 

crush and sniff for me

 

take the whole thing, then another whole thing later

 

Buy two and double drop them fo sho.
