I was wondering what I could do to fix thecolor of my hair.Its blonde but kinda dark and i want it lighter and shiny. Yeah, it's called Sun-In. It's almost pure hydrogen peroxide. There's also a product like it called Touch of Sun.. I think that's Clairol. Or you could just bleach it.
bleaching could damage your hair, and will probably not make it shiny. try beer and lemon juice and sitting in the sun. Peroxide works too.if you are underage, just make sure you are not around a cop untill its all washed out
