How do I go about making this?

Hey, this will be my first post here

I'm still kinda new to smoking, I have a good solid bowl but this just looks awesome and fun to make.

Anyone know how to make the the bong this guy made? He called it a double chamber dry gravity bong. His other video on how to make it no longer works.
