So what did you guys get?

It's kinda early seeing as most of you don't do the whole christmassy thing on christmas eve I'm sure... But for us christmas is always on christmas eve and come christmas day I already feel like christmas is almost over. So anyway... how good were you this year?

I got some books, a few pairs of wool socks and normal socks, some more dishes (cups and plates) for the set I'm collecting, a goat (a charity present), two perfumes (DKNY's Be Delicious and Salvatore Ferragamo's Incanto Charms), really beautiful bedsheets and pillow cases, Jamie Oliver's Cook with Jamie - My Guide to Making You a Better Cook (yeah, good luck Jamie.. )and some chocolates.

I got some mukluks, some wool lined slippers, an awesome necklace, well two really, a cool bookmark, a candle and candledish for my bathroom, a refrigerator magnet, a bar of really nice sandalwood soap, and a nice jacket. oh, and a larg bag of pistachio meats.

 

a wonderful time. also a pair of mocks and of pants. i also got/gave wifie a plushie tiger and a pair of furry hindpaw slippers and for her and the house and everything some sheets and pillow cases and washcloths, i mean real super good ones, all of which we were needing new ones of. she also got us a new bed to put them on, which i was unawair she would be when i got them, so that was a trip. oh and also a lava lamp. been wanting to have one of those things in the house for ages.

Um so far... well, my cruise to the Caribbean was the big gift, but I received fuzzy warm pjs, a xmas tree ornament, a chocolate tree, 100$ to go shopping, and eye makeup stuff.

 

Sounds like some of ya are off to a great Christmas. Oh Zep its cool, look at the wonderful picture of Cate, that smile is a great Christmas present!

okay so christmas morning just ended, I was reallyyyyyyyyy lucky this year. Leather gloves, ipod speakers, Help! on dvd, rocky horror picture show, oscar wilde stories, pedicure, more money to go shopping, lots of chocolates, body lotion, and some little things.

What did you give your familia? My sister got the book "Shopaholic and sister", my parents got a wine decanter as well as a bottle of shiraz, and my lil bro received a 5 dvd set on the marines in WW2 etc, from me.

 

And I have that in my sig cause i think its funny for santamas thank you

 

So far... a pressure cooker, 7 cookbooks, a scale that gives you bmi/water weight, etc. that recognizes you by your toe , a necklace, two hoodies, a shirt, a vest (shirt and vest will be exchanged), gift card to Border's, spices, tons and tons of food, a stephan king pop up book, victoria's secret lotion, body wash and spray.... body shop lotions from D, nightgown from victorias secret from D... new towels, photo frame, mug, garlic press, two excercise videos, socks, $400.... oh and slippers and a resistance band too.

 

I got a PSP, gift cards and money

 

I got a Ouija Board ,the second season to Supernatural, money, gift cards, colored pencils, sketch book, a ton of sketch pencils and pajamas

I got a nice skyscan digital alarm clock that projects the time on the ceiling, a pair of 7x binoculars, A chia Homer, a nice new bong(pics in my gallery), some vanilla bubble bath, and a elephant fish bowl.

Something tells me my girlfriend went overboard on me, I don't want to find out.... I'm dead @$$ broke and couldn't get her anything... and it is gonna cost me too much to go over there (gas and TOLLS).... particularly when I'll LITERALLY be passing by tomorrow, assuming this job goes through.

I got the sweetest pair of casual shoes I've ever gotten, nice and xtra wide... oh so comfy and stylish... and some clothes/socks/underwears... and a big bag o trailmix that I love... and a really nifty lighter leather jacket that is exactly what I needed for when its not ice cold... I prefer to be cold, and my other heftier leather jacket is too much, sweaters keep me hot inside which I don't like... so somehow my uncle never fails to get me exactly the perfect gift - he's also gotten me some of my fav sweaters ever

Much more than I expected honestly... didn't see all those useful goodies comin!

 

Hehe... and I still got two houses to go to. Going to my mom's in a half hour but first enjoying my last two bowls and some Marley.... so nice to just be home chillin and not working today.

Oh come on, do somthing imaginative, creative. Leave her a memory that she will always keep, it takes far less cash than you think, go for it!

 

Yeah, learn about some interesting, exotic massage technique- buy some cheap stuff for it.... and give her a paper that says what she's getting and make it for a long time. Haha.... I know I would like that...

 

YES! I would love to do that, but being the perfectionist and idealist that I am... I can't make just anything... it has to have a use and a meaning... I can't dream up anything I would be satisfied with.

I'd love to make her something with the kickass sheet of baltic birch I have sittin in the garage, but I can't come up with a dam thing.

 

If it were in my hands she would end up with saw dust. A carpenter I am not. Do you have the means of building some sort of keepsake box like thing out of it, adding hers and yours names to it to slowly add things to it that are from your times together. You know like something from the first resturant you went to, first movies ect ect?? Damn I suck at this shit.
