I had sea salt from a local natural health food store and let me tell ya this. It tasted like it came out of a clams ass!
Is that a good taste or no? No matter though, salt is so good for you. I swam in the ocean I felt totally cleansed and delicious.
A swim would be great but man to eat it was not what I thought it would be. Maybe I got a nasty batch or something. Im not really a salt person anyway.
Sea salt is highly variable as to its taste, just depends on where it is from. Some are excellent and some are, as you say, nasty. The good stuff is prized by gourmet chefs.
yeah.... your point? what did you think sea salt was? You do realize that a million years ago, before clams came along, the sea wasn't salty... Many centuries of bivalvia excrement have contributed to what we now put on our Miss Vickies potato chips
I'm glad that salt is not really something I care that much about and that most food has plenty in it already.
