I'd just smoke every single nug before the plane trip. Should make for some sweet visuals

 

put it in a pouch, and keep it on ur neck, ur body heat will make it even more precious for when you smoke it. + good kharma for actually taking care of ur pot and watching out for it instead of keeping it in a smelly sock =)
