Fave Song on Piper At the Gates of Dawn

Whats you favorite song on the Piper at the Gates of Dawn album?

 

Although 'Bike' is wonderful, I think 'Flaming' beats it for me

 

"The Gnome" is the best.

"Bike" takes the cake for me... although I also really like "Matilda Mother."

I've always thaught Chapter 24 is the trippiest song in this album, both the lyrics and the slow psychedelic music.

or
'Matilda Mother'

I also think Matilda Mother is my fave. It appears to be the crowd choice as well. I bought this album for the first time when I was 14 in a haze of pot smoke. I was such a huge fan and it was such a wonderful thing everytime I bought a new album cuz I got to hear Pink Floyd I'd never heard before! It never got old.


Hearing the older Pink Floyd stuff brings back a flood of wonderful memories.
