Hello everyone! I am heading off to the Jaco/Hermosa Beach area in a few weeks to scope out a place to rent for the winter. If anyone else here is planning a Costa Rica trip you should get ahold of me. I have been there several times and really enjoy the country.
any advice on Costa Rica appreciated. How much would it cost to stay there. Is it a "hot destination" that has gentrified? What does one do down there. Possible to buy real estate at reasonable price? Thanks.
