Hey Everyone! This is my first post here. I used to have an accoiunt somewhere else, but over here is " popping" lol ... On september me and 2 other friends got caught with a dub, and the ofiicer didn't take us to Jail, but gave my friend a ticket because he was the only 18 year old. I was 17 then.. soo, we tryed to call and pay the ticket but some lady over the phone told him that he must appear in court because his under 21. Its his first time in court, and he is very nervous.. Im wondering what they might tell him, and might doo to him, since we have no experience on that \: oh yeah.. he haven't smoked since october just in case they decide to drug test him, and if he's clean, they might drop the charge i guess.. Tell him to say "I'm sorry, I don't know what I was thinking" "I didn't like it at all, and I will never do it again" It got me into the navy, anyway, and I popped positive at the recruiting station! oh, and WHY he doesn't like it, made me dizzy, less in control, all the BS the feds say will work for a great excuse.
Tell him to say something like: Your Honor, I apologize for my gross negligence. I am an idiot teenager who was not thinking clearly. To show that I am serious, I implore you to give me a drug test to prove my faithfulness. (if you did infact quit in Oct and haven't smoke he'll pass with flying colours). Again, I apologize for having to waste the courts time. PS. Wearing a Suit shows you're taking it seriously. You MAY get to avoid probation by doing that but imo your worst case scenario would be probation (drug tests every month or so).
