Is lsd useful in subdueing a murderer before it is too late?

Swoosh you certainly enjoy the use of sarcasm, you must have noticed how trivial and off topic this remark I made was. Hence this comment.

Did you not see that I was alluding (ha) to the increasingly trivial and off topic points you were attempting to make? You even admitted that you were off topic "I believe that would be an opinion. Some of your last words were "Don't disregard things simply because it is in disagreement in your own idea" Could you not see the humor in me immediately disregarding your previous points? There is a difference between humor and attempting to "try and play [my]self off as an intellect"

You attempt to accuse me of not reading your posts (which you will see is actually the premise of my post) and then contradict yourself. Could you contrarily be guilty of failing to digest what I posted? The only real point I made in my post was that I was not talking about you in my previous post. In actuality I was referring to myself and 3xi "a couple people on this thread may or may not benefit from restraining themselves from this activity at times, hell I will admit that even I... It is up to you 3xi" I thought it was clear enough that the only 2 people I mentioned in my post where myself and 3xi. Why is it so hard for you to believe that I was never talking about you? Obviously you could benefit from keeping your nose out of posts where it doesn't belong.

Again, The entire point of my post was to humorously draw attention to the fact that you were uselessly defending yourself, not the other way around. I certainly will dose despite this.

This sets it in stone. You are offering NO parallel here. You are just calling my idea bad without any evidence or even a guess as to why it is bad. Lets look at a single sentence which again has nothing to do with the topic

WHAT FUCKIN IDEAS? In actuality, your original post did nothing but show how 3xis ideas would not work, it offered no new ideas. Your latter posts ranted on about your own lsd use, which had nothing to do with any of the ideas in the thread. Again the only one of my ideas which you seemed to acknowledge was probably the worst idea I had, which you still could not provide any real ideas on how bullets are better than large doses of lsd in subduing murderers.

In the case of two people in a dispute, one to the point of infuriating hate to kill. I would say certainly so. The issue is just needing to get over the past, needing to come to terms.

In the case of a murderer, someone sent here to murder, probably not. But I have always wondered, do people like that actually exist?

people sent here to murder? what an awesome question! obviously there are people that murder....but if one believes in certain decisions as destiny then i guess you can say someone came with the purpose of murdering--but i find that hard to resonate with. i believe people come here with the purpose of learning through experience, and some experience may prompt a choice of murder--but there was always a choice. the free will to be killed intead of kill.

question is....what would a trip be like for a murderer that believes that 's just "what he/she is." would lsd convince them otherwise, much like it shows many alcoholics the why behind their alcoholism, therefore enabling them to stop. what would lsd do to someone like paul bernardo or charles manson?

 

Mara, Charles Manson took LSD many times actually, so I would say it drove him to embrace his dark side.
And I dont think its just a matter of destiny exactly interacting with free will, in my opinion its the karmic blue print you manifest into, right along with your DNA, that puts you in the position to murder, or anything else one encounters for that matter. But this is just my spiritual belief so Im not trying to say any of you are wrong. But Ry's use of the word sent is perfect because we are all sent here for many material reasons yet only one objective reason.

 

i don’t think that shooting people with LSD would get the result you are looking for. i understand what you are getting at because there are so many people killed with bullets. an LSD trip for someone who is not aware what is happening is dangerous. also it is probably safe to say that their set and setting is bad.

how about - instead of picking up a gun to take over the government. why don’t you take some LSD, be a good person and influence others to do the same. pick up a guitar and write a song, pick up a paint brush or write a book.

guns are wrong - i dont care what you put in them. even a squirt gun pisses me off - if i wanted a shower i would go have one. people usually only like to get wet when they are in the shower, bath, hot tub, pool or when they sweat. people will say that there is no harm in children playing with toy guns but i will always disagree - a healthy game tag or hide and seek are better in many ways. pretending to kill someone as some sort of game is very wrong in many ways as it creates the allusion that this sort of behavior is acceptable.

If this is the case it wouldnt work...it wouldnt kick in fast enough to prevent him from plunging a knife into someone, or pulling a trigger. Even if it did, there is a strong chance that the dosed individual would flip out and murder in a fit of LSD induced rage...especially if the individual had predisposed murderous tendancies to begin with.

hmmm......so does lsd bring out what's already there? i mean...i know if you have personal dramas (insecurities, guilt etc) and you trip it becomes all about that so you transcend it. i figured lsd only brought out what could be healed.
i didn't know it could bring out a dark side (as in charles manson) --so...let's say that a pervert takes lsd--he's thought perv things but never acted on it. if he started tripping would that heal him or turn him into a pedefile? or is it a 50/50 depends on how far-gone the person is?

because if its a 50/50 we DEFINATELY don't want to be dosing people!!!!!!

so hard to imagine lsd taking someone to a dark place....any time i've done it its felt soooooo holy and full of light. i had no idea it could manifest the dark!

 

mara, when I was a teenager my mind was terribly diseased. taking LSD even inspired and gave me the energy to act on negative impulses and desires. not in the sense of killing people or raping people, nothing like that. but just purely selfish, mean things. LSD can totally make one embrace the dark thoughts kept hidden deep within the subconsious mind. but as in my case, repeated use finally makes you trip so painfully and unbearably hard that, to put it mildy, 'God kicks your ass' :tongue:

i find it strange that i have always resonated with jesus & mary (NOTcatholocism although i did study to be a nun briefly) but i have had mystical experiences my whole life with jesus, mary, angels & saints. yet the first time i ever tripped i went in with the intention of seeing jesus. instead i saw ganesh and lakshmi --weird eh? it was really cool.
