She didnt say he cheated on his wife....she said the guy was interested in her. I went through the same exact thing, less the kids and wife on his side of the matter. Anyway, we worked together for two months....then he invited me to his house to hang....we didnt hook up or anything like that.....and two weeks later, he was breaking up with his girlfriend of 4 years and asking me to move in with him. That was 2 years ago and I'm still here with him....getting ready to finalize it in marriage. So, moral of the story....anythings possible with love.
You left him alone because of the Kids. He hasn't called, but his friend says that he is hurt. He hasn't left his long term relationship(?) yet. I'd say "trust your first instinct", don't let the babble in your head talk you out of doing what you knew was best for you.
exactly do not mess around with him until he is well and truly single. and perhaps not til a while after that, to be honest (wait til he heals/mends/gets over her a bit)
