i'd rather have my picture taken while blowing a shotgun off a lit blunt to the baby jesus in some nativity scene

if i want to celebrate christmas by smoking pot in a picture with some christmas icon, i'd much rather smoke one with the graven image of the big guy upstairs as an infant....silly christians, always breaking their own laws in the name of their god...

nah, dont want to be so disrespectful of another's ideas on their property and shit...i may dislike mainstream modern christianity and find fault with many of its teachings and practices, but that doesnt mean it doesnt have something to offer people, to help them hang on to something.

just cause i dont believe it doesnt make it wrong, though in terms of nativity scenes, paintings, statues, and so on of saints, prophets, jesus, even god himself.......

what other commandment is broken regularly IN a church? in MOST churches, even, in some form or another? and not only just A commandment, one of the several hundred laws in the bible...one of the first TEN commandments, the ones that christians hold above all others as the most important of the old jewish laws to still maintain....one of these all-important laws is regularly broken in most every church in one form or another. often as a permanent fixture. and in the case of the nativity scene, on the church's front lawn....

but whatever. as i understand it jesus is said to have said ALL the laws were equally important, in which case modern folks have a lot more to worry about than just graven images being placed in churches.....

but then, thats all assuming that the christians are correct, and not only correct in general terms but that the bible is to be understood as absolutely 100% true, word for word, even in its english translation and extremely limited content compared to the ancient texts

Well, most people break everything in their own religion but turn a sour face at someone else who does also.

7 deadly sins? Most are acted upon by most people.

That eating one mainly. Lust of course. Envy.

I don't know them all, but I know most people do those ^^
