Yes 10 inches of snow today!!

Finally some actual snow accumulation. I haven't seen it snow this hard or fast in years. We're supposed to get up to like 10 inches by tonight. I'm in CT. Can't wait to bring Jade out to play later when the post office below me closes.

 

it never snows like it used to when i was little, and it made me hate the snownd cold weather.
the only way i can enjoy the snow is if it's alot and i don't have to be out in it.
i guess i'm like ebenezer scrooge haha

 

Yea I don't like driving in the snow or on bad roads. I have 4wheel drive, but I'm still afraid to go out. So I'm making chocolate chip cookies and going to get baked later on.

 

the only time it snowed here was like 8 years ago, and before that it was 11 years ago. with liek an inch of snow. it was still fun having snowball fights.

 

i miss havin a snow day or two a year to play in ,,, last ear we had a whopping two or so inches n all the transplanted yankees went to erm snowboard in it,,, needless to say we was a buncha hurtin units,,, two inches just doesnt provide much cushion

all we have around here is rain.. it's been raining for like 2 days straight here

we have about a foot or so of old snow thats been here for like a week or so. now its starting to snow again and theres already like 2 inches. the weather around here is so wierd like how sometimes it will snow then the next day it will melt and be warm for a while. this years starting out good thought for all the businesses like sking and snowboarding. also usually theres no goodsnow until like january so the snowmobilers are having a blast with all this early snow thats staying.

 

it's snowing pretty heavily here right now. i think we got more snow this year than the last 10. we had a blizzard about 2-3 weeks ago and got somewhere around 15 inches.

 

i don't think there's been 10 inches of snow around here in the whole history of the U.S.
except the blizzard of 93, that shit was unexpected.

 

Those pics are pretty much exactly what it looks like here now. It's probably the same storm or cluster of storms. We're supposed to get a lot more tomorrow and Saturday here. I didn't have to go to work or even some classes today. =D

Ya theres about 8 inches(still snowing) here in MA, hopefully i wont have school tomorrow.

 

The high was 80 here today, ftw? Not really I miss the snow.

 

Yes ftw! I <3 warmth and warm weather. ahhhh. The snow is cool but I don't like the way it traps me =(. I'm not fond of the cold weather it requires either!
