Doing acid and getting high are far from the same thing. When I look round I see a bunch of drones lost in the hustle and bustle for financial stability, wasting what fleeting time they have on this Earth glued to a television/computer/video game joystick. Ignorance is bliss....so yes....i think you should be concerned.
How so Myke? Sure, LSD brings on an effect which is original, but would you seriously say that when you eat acid you dent get high? I dont know about that man. - Reason I say is because of course I dont mean get high as in smoking a joint. But when I eat some L I call it getting high. You put a chemical in your body, you get happy. It doesnt matter what other effects occur, your still taking a drug and becoming euphoric. In my opinion, that is getting high.
And that's maybe why his opinion is on a different side. He probably means the fact that one may 'get high' for pleasure "euphoria", while when somebody takes LSD, it may be for a different reason, and not that one (the conscious expandment). He probably doesn't think of the terms 'getting high' as particularly right for using LSD.
i see what myke means, he should've just said "fucked up" instead of "getting high", it's just to vague, and the fucked up one really captures the ignorance of many kids.
