The Dark Hunter series

I'm tearing through the Dark Hunter series by Sherrilyn Kenyon!

While they get a little sappy at times (and seem to have the same basic theme: wild, untamed, eye-poppingly sexy immortal with a horrible past only wants someone to love him *sniff*) they have the right combination of sex and . . . well, vampires and other fantasy characters to satisfy me.

I'm particularly fond of Acheron, the head of all the Dark Hunters.

Anyone else a fan?
