ok, i got a free movie pass, and i'm gonna go see a movie tomorrow. i dont know which i want to see though, so i'll put it to a vote, for anyone who cares enough to take two seconds to vote, despite having no reason to
there aren't any movies out that look very funny. i'm gonna get really blazed for it, though. i'm thinking either a serious movie thats supposed to be really good, or else something thats just fun to watch (the golden compass looks like the movie itself could be lame possibly, but it looks like the imagery alone will make it entertaining to see in the theater while really high)
I heard no country for old men is amazing its a coen brothers film (fargo) and people are saying its better than fargo.
i'm with skier, have yet to see it but heard unbelievable things or you could always go see Enchanted about the disney characters becoming real in NYC
I think so too. I went to see Hitman, not worth it at all, but keep in mind that I'm a girl and not a really big fan of action movies, unless they have a good story and to me this wasnt the case. I did laugh at how ridiculous some things were and then the friends I went with were all on my case that I would never enjoy it, if I didnt play the game blah blah blah.
juno looks excellent.. all 3 of the ones you suggested you can watch online for free,,but i guess it dont matter if ya got a free pass.. if it was me id go see juno tho...
juno must not be playing at the major theaters in my area...i've not heard of it or seen it in listings...the pass is just for AMC, so i'm gonna have to go to one of those places...
thats another option, but my last trip was enough to last me for a little while longer...i think i'll wait a few more weeks before i take the three hits i have left
huh,,, well i know it opened over the weekend.. im kinda disapointed it aint online yet.. damn movie bootleggers need to get on the ball.... heres a link to the trailer,, it looks funny as shit.. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0467406/trailers-me60557275
hell, that does look like a pretty good movie, and i was happy to hear the moldy peaches song in the trailer but i looked at the other theater listings than just amc....and its not playing anywhere here
Besides going to see no country for old men I'd say maybe beowulf. I think I read a bad review for it, but it looks interesting enough. I thought about seeing it myself, but would rather wait until it comes out on dvd. My sister and her boyfriend tried to see american gangster last week and there were NO 2 seats together in the whole theater so they couldn't see it. So maybe it's good.
I saw HitMan recently and thought it was great. Timothy Olyphant fucking nailed the role of 47 and imo was incredible to watch. Some parts were a little silly but I totally enjoyed it.
no country for old men was a fair movie,i didnt care for hitman ,beouwolf aint my style so i dunno about it..american gangster was way to long IMO. i dont think you would care for the golden compass but it wasnt bad.. i guess id recommend no country for old men if they dont have juno playing.. anyone need some links to watch these movies online? this is the one i use more than any other but you need firefox as your browser.. http://www.fomdb.com/index.htm then theres all of these.. http://www.free-tv-video-online.info/ http://www.findtvlinks.com/ http://filmhill.com/movie.html http://www.meyepop.com/movies.php http://mytheater.org/allmovies.php
shit, i was gonna say go see i am legend, but i don't think that came out yet so uhh.. i guess american gangster looks pretty awesome
