I heard that mould on your shrooms can be poisonous. Is there anyway to tell if they're poisonous without ingesting them?
well as far as mold goes - I think it's usually fairly easy to see the mold if it's enough to cause any real problems as far as if the mushrooms themselves are poisonous, I don't know much about
I know a person who inspects houses for mold. He says most mold should be ok unless it's black. Black mold can be harmful apparently.
^ I figured house mold and shroom mold were different things entirely yeah, I really don't know anything on this subject I guess except for that the shrooms I've taken so far weren't poisonous you would think I'd've checked this shit out beforehand *waits for someone with some knowledge of the subject to post*
Shit mine had some green mold on it, but noone died so i guess its ok...it wasnt totally moldy, but it just had a little bit of a green layer on parts of it. It wasn covered or anything.
I suppose if I was feeling ballsie I would remove the colored part and eat it what's left. I doubt I would though.
Magic mushrooms have many poisons in them. There's no real way to tell if they are fatal unless they have nasty moulds on them like was said above. I get some mushrooms that are strange than others because I believe that the drunk feeling on them is created by these certain poisons. Some people have had a bad reaction to them, but I think most people are good starting off on lower doses and working up. Good luck!
