I doubt that it is a fictional report, and I doubt that not one of the Erowid staff saw that.
Yeah Jerry died in 1995. Crazy trip report though. Sounds legit to me, even though the whole 1999 thing casts doubt on it. Maybe he just forgot when it was... sounds from this story, including the contents of his pockets, that there may be some hazy periods of his life
Sweet and adventureous story; I recommend anybody who browses through this thread to read it. Idk much about the Grateful dead, but hopefully his reference was just a bad one and nothing more. Taking matchbook sizes of legit LSD at a time? haha. I expected LSD to be the size of a 1" regular stamp, and was even surprised when I noticed it was infact 1/4th the size.
It sounds like those guys ate more. They said they finished a sheet. My neighbor had alot of that same white unperf, and he just tore off whatever he eyed out as 5 or 10 or 15. He's also one of those guys that washes out the vial after it's cashed, which i've heard is a heroic dose. I would like to have that kind of a head where I could ride a trip that goes so deep like that, but I doubt I could.
It's all about working your way up there. Also, if you were with him, you could probably handle a much bigger dose than ever before, due to the his guidance and calmness.
