I know if you get busted with a scale and weed you're assumed to be distributing. I want to get a scale, but i don't know how careful I have to be. I never carry more then 3.5 on me anyway. Can I get busted for attempting to 'sell' 2 grams?
i would think if you got busted with an eighth and a scale that the cops would believe that you were just sick of getting ripped off so you bought a scale to weigh your purchases. just stick with that story.
if you keep it all in one bag you can say you didnt want to get ripped off. if you have more than 1 or 2 bags they will know you were weighing them out to sell.
Regardless of the story you tell, for most cops, if you have weed and a scale, that's gonna be used to charge you with distributing; it's just too good a setup. lol, try not carrying any cash with you, that'll leave them completely confused in that situation.
Thats every dealers excuse and they dont buy it. If you have pot and a scale they'll probably assume the worst. If you have a few baggies kicking around too then you're fist fucked.
