Is happiness a matter of perception? I think so...

Let's say that you're living on a place and time where most things and people are disturbing, unpleasant, makes you sad, etc...
BUT you know for sure that this will end in a couple of months and everything will be past.
What would you do to survive through these months and feel better?
maybe alter your perception of things? how?

    In a sense, yes.

Life teaches us to be unhappy... it's probably the lesson I learned best. Looking back at where I stumbled the key seems to be regulating what I let in to make me unhappy; whether that be situations, like work; or people who work to push my buttons for their own amusement. the key is simply not to allow access to my sense of well being but it's way easier said than done.
