I've hit a block, I can't think any further than this. see I've gotten to the point where circular logic kicks in. For instance the statement "There are no absolutes." yet that statement is absolute. Another example is the basic question of which came first the chicken or the egg? Also, because I've hit this block everything seems to revolve around it. Are my thoughts really mine or planted? Is Chaos and Order the one in the same? If everything is equal to everything else, if so then...? I go on and on in my head. From my point of view it effects everyday activities. I can't look at a tree without thinking of the fibonacci sequence. I'm always fascinated with the correlation between human actions and natural occurrence's. say if you look at a map of the world at night with all the lights spread out vs. how we act when were faced with multiple decisions. Our lives seem so chaotic yet it rolls together like a symphony.

Logic always leads to paradox. Or...that which is illogical. Such are the limitations of reason. But don't get discouraged! We still have our subconscious minds --- intuition, feeling.

logic seems to be an organic attempt at organizing far more information than is possible for us to understand currently. rather than falling into the trap of grasping, you might try calming yourself and opening your eyes a little wider-breath deeply and see more.

Thinking in circles, or even walking in them is a good way to get and stay lost. Just take the circumference of the circle you are thinking of and divide it by twice the radius and then you will have the way to think yourself out of it which will extent to infinity.

Logic always leads to paradox? how's that for an absolute. Maybe the problem is you, cause my logic doesn't always lead into a paradox.
The only 'limitations of reasoning' is that which is undiscovered, and that which is completely alien (picturing five-dimensional boxes).

Intuition, on the other hand, is completely subjective, without real grounding, easily fooled by patterns, easily manipulated, and completely useless when dealing with difficult foreign concepts ( the structure of an atom).

i'm not saying intution is pointless, just faulty, and not useful in non day-to-day situations.

Ok. Maybe it is me. But I do not consider paradox a problem. We do differ on the issue of reason. I think it is a useful tool with severe limitations. You cite an example in your post.

But also in our personal experience, platonic categories/dualities are not enough to explain it. Consider sex...even though we describe sex as pleasurable, orgasm is nothing but the release of an agonizing tension. There, pleasure and pain co-mingle --- but since we have to describe it in rational, platonic, dualistic terms, we describe it as pleasure.

You favor reason over intuition; I favor neither. Disagreement is just as well.

I should clarify, it's more than a math problem. It's hard to explain, but bear with me. look at a picture of the lights on earth at night then look at a tree, a natural fractal. The fibinocci pattern is pretty close. then ask what's the diference between the fibb. pattern and human behavior? so that leads to are we just another math equation? then so on and so on... it revolves around the idea that I nor anyone can only think so deep. the fibinocci isn't the only one, it's comparing everything. the common denominator is us humans, we made math, science, religion and philosophy or basically reason vs. intuition. hope u understand

true, the current norm of behavior is automatic and saturated with the "laws" of this universe. focus your logic on this, however: is behavior more or less automatic when it comes from a place of stillness? if you truly follow the constant chatter in your mind, you may see that it is illusory and doesn't reflect what you truly are. one thought leads to another which leads to another and so on. when we relax our focus on the present, the chatter increases. when we are not aware of the present, of now, of life itself, we are basically living in a sort of hell. in this hell reality (and there seem to be levels of awareness ranging from the most dark and material to an infiniti of light and awareness) we are not in control because we don't realize that what our subconscious is focused on is created. to live fully is to have no division between your waking and subconscious mind (to manifest all of your latent characteristics) and to be constantly creating your life from a place of still awareness. at least, that's as much of a full life that i can currently conceptualize. you are beginning to see the grid, the matrix you are immersed in and that is one of the first steps to freeing yourself of an automatic drone existance. i don't know what else to say. you are god clothed in matter. you are the result of polarity. godmind and matter are really just different extremes of the same existance and this polarity is what creates life as we know it. this place is made of vibration, as our sciences (physical and spiritual) are telling us. vibration is an oscilation between two points in infiniti. vibration is polarity. the om. when there is no vibration, no polarity, there is only infinite calm. infinite silence. the void.

one more thing i hope you will remember: if you can influence the subconscious of the masses you can control their reality. there is a force influencing us on a subliminal level from the moment we begin to interact with the outside world. we are being duped into creating this hell. we are being kept on a lower plane intentionally so that we can be controlled. you can and should make your own conclusion as to what this force is. we create our emotions and there is never an intelligent reason to create negative ones. unconditional love is the way to the next stage of this particular path we humans are on.

I have to say that was truly deep, and second I think that just because something is dark that we have to shun away from it. I think thats what life brings, the good praises our ego, and the bad (should) educate the mind and the confusing sorts our morals. With that it makes this life entertaining. I think i've reached or at least grasped that connection to my subconscious. I see it as a simple few words Moderation, equilibrium, extremity, and random. I think the answer is staring us in the face but it's so close we normally can't see it. like the game othello, there are so many places to move no matter where you go. Or if you combine relativity with perspective and quantum/infinite with subconsciousness. If this doesn't make sense let me know. I think faster than I can type and i'm not the best articulate person. anyway I guess the easiest way to describe this idea is that I put these subjects under the same category of thought. I see it as one whole topic. religion, physics, philosophy, just another branch on the infinitely branched out life

I'm having a hard time figuring out what you're saying from your posts, by here's my contribution:

"There are no absolutes." The statement is false. Now it makes perfect sense.

The egg came first. A close relative of the chicken had a mutation or cross-bred with another close relative, and an egg was created that would hatch a chicken.

I don't believe in the human soul. I would tell you that your thoughts are the product of electrical discharges. These are not controlled by you, since they are controlled by the laws of physics and forces set in motion a long long time ago. Therefore, while your thoughts are your own, you do not independently control them, and they are completely predestined by atomic forces. Others would tell you differently. Maybe we will know for sure some day. But it's not particularly important, I don't think.

Chaos and order are not the same, they are opposite. True, if you look closely enough or from enough distance at order or chaos, you may find the other, but they are separate. Of course, it's all how you want to define it. The growth of a tree may seem chaotic, but if you know enough about it, it may seem quite orderly. There is chaos everywhere, but it is all guided by atomic and molecular forces, so it could be said that everything is quite orderly. It's in the perspective.

-makes me wonder: what semi-chicken laid the first egg?

-sure, our thoughts aren't really us. they're mechanical. what i'm saying is that which animates our bodies and drives our cells to divide continuously is much closer to our true selves than the various random thoughts which occur in our minds when we are distracted from the present.

-perhaps chaos is lack of perspective.

Having a broad perspective can be painful. Chaos and order are one in the same. All things are one in the same. Thinking about them is one in the same. There is no escape, but to open your mind and find the beauty in everything. You are fortunate in your ability to perceive the truth. The difficult part is standing by what you know and acting upon it in mind and body, once you've become bored with the circular reasoning and your thoughts are replaced by silence. But it's good that it's not easy. And those who know where you're coming from will perceive it in all that you do, by the very nature of your being. In short, you are natural, so you can't go wrong.

I believe that life runs off of the fibonacci sequence. plus some other math formulas. to your chaos & order theory the reason that i think there the same is chaos is just another form of order that and perspective = relativity are same thing. I don't think there separate. take quantum physics, purely chaos wrong. the act of pure randomness is perfection. Think of it like a wave but quantum is the start off point. normal 3d space comes next followed by nothingness. my point is mathematics, religion, philosophy come from the inner mind and we reason the same way for each. so if everything we know was created from our own minds then what real truth do we really know without (again from our minds) third person perspective whether that be god or aliens. I hate typing, if i could talk I could explain it better.

i guess the next question is: how do we break the chains of the mind?
