My bowl was taken away by my parents and I'm trying to make a home made bowl to use until I get a new one, and was wondering if it is okay to have the body made of plastic and the bowl part lined with tin foil so it won't melt?
no it isnt. If you're 19 you should know that. Just go to the headshop and buy a new piece, or go to the hardware store and just browse around for stuff. If you have 20 bucks at a hardware store then there is no end to the possibilities for a pipe/bong whatever. You could even make a hookah if you buy some thin hose!
fuck plastic man, that shit gives off fumes even from the hot smoke. Just use a tinfoil pipe, its not bad for you despite what most the kiddies on here will probably tell you. No, it doesn't give you alzheimers, doesn't make you cough up blood, doesn't make you rape babies either. To be on the safe side keep re-using the same tinny so u smoke weed off of the resin coating and avoid burning any sort of coating they've put on the tinfoil(which is unlikely anyway) Oh yeah, tell your parents to fuck off
buy some papers...If you can't do that maybe you shouldn't be smoking weed...actually if you can afford a new piece you real shouldn't be putting what little money you have into weed, seeing how a cheap bong is around $20 and a cheap pipe about $10 J.C
yeah that does suck that ur 19 and ur parents are still taking ur shit away, but w/e thats ur own problem to deal with... good luck with that. and if i were u i'd make a coke can pipe.. u know, make a dent at the top, poke a few holes, poke a carb near the end... load it like a pipe. or just buy a new one they're not that expensive.
ps, i have smoked out of a plastic bottle before with the bowl part wrapped in foil, i dont know if it would burn the plastic tbh, guess u would just have to be careful on where u place the foil in relation to the plastic bottle. BUT if you do manage to make one, i will say it is quite fun watching the smoke fill the plastic bottle and get sucked out...
