If someone has connections (say a best friend) who is a copper, can they get a hold of local (or semi-local) cell phone transcripts? I swear to God someone knows some stuff at the right time..........
Any phone that is wireless is emitting some type of radio waves. Any person close enough with the right type of receiver can pick those signals up and listen to them.
when you say transcripts do you mean like REAL transcripts with the words in the convo typed out? Or do you mean just a record of calls made and received.
i mean actual transcripts with words OR taped convo..... its just that someone in my life right now seems to be aware of some things.....very strange......and i know this person has connections if he wanted. I think one of his best friends is an officer and that dudes family is in law enforcement as well. freaky stuff. maybe im just PARANOID! ha.......gotta stop smokin so damn much!
unless you were bugged or someone was within range with a radio is pretty unlikely they're getting taped convo. As far as actual transcripts that's REALLY not likely. Course... more likely than all this is a direct information source between the person you're talking to, and the person you're avoiding.
actually the person i've been talking to about stuff doesn't even know this other person....... so I wish it was that simple.....ha! I need a joint.
Ever since 9/11, almost anyone can buy stuff to listen in, and all they need from there, is FAST typing skills, or knowledge of 'Shorthand'. (a way of typing full words with only a character or two.) Hell. The U.S. Gov has been doing this for DECADES! (Legally or not!)
hmmm....how 'bout this.....can a dectective do something to where he can take someones address and use their IP addy to see what exact websites they've been visiting on their computer? I know that they do this in cases of actual CRIMINALS, but for someone who has no arrest record.....if this dectective just wanted to help out a friend
i know a guy with a police scanner.. it has a crystal or something in it where you hear more than just a regular scanner.. he types in codes and u can hear cell phone conversations... sketchy guy.
yeah i used to know someone with a police scanner too so I know those arent hard to get if you know the right ppl..... and that's what got me thinking about it....i remember listening to long convo's (like phone convo's) but those times are a liiiiiitle cloudy. I guess if this person in question IS still (or ever was, my sneaking suspicion) listening in on my phone conversations.....he is a bit obsessed. sounds like a problem.
After reading this Elle im not so sure you are paranoid, from the info you've provided (not much but hey) it does seem entirely possible that this person could be listning in on you.
