Whats the smoking culture like at your school? What's the quality like? Is it easy to get away with? Is it cheap? Just wondering cuz im off to college in a couple of months.
almost every single person i've met at my school (humboldt State university) smokes weed... and probably like half, at least, grow it. its great...hahah. experts say that Humboldt County grows the best weed in the world... definitely in the US at least.. we've got it down to a science, and humboldt genetics are incredible. so its really competitive here to grow good stuff. its great though because you can only ever find really really chronic weed and its cheap too, like 35 an 1/8 MAX. its basically legal here and ive smoked like everywhere around here, even at busy school bus stops, and no one has said anything. its like this place is seperate from the rest of the U.S.
Around the school I went to it was pretty insane in a bad way. Lets just say Im glad I went to school locally and had my own marijuana connections. It would be a rediculous 10-20 dollars for a gram of mids based on the risk factor. Pretty much if you sold you had a 50% chance of getting busted. What would happen is any time someone was busted on campus for smoking UPD would hastle them and scare them and eventually offer them an ACOD if they gave up the name of the person they got from. Then they would go to said persons dorm and bust them. It was really sad. Oh and UPD would also figure out where the popular on campus smoke spots were and hang out hidden in close vicinity untill someone started toking and nabb them. Now Where my little brother currently goes to school its alot more tolerated and the prices are about normal for Upstate NY standards, also there are several spots to go and burn that are incredibly safe. My personal favorite would be a stoner built shelter made out of large branches that sits on the edge of a river and is outfitted with several seating locations.
Man Humboldt sounds great! I'm from California but go to boarding school in the northeast. Smoking over here isn't to hard to get away with and can be fun if your not prone to paranoia which I am : (. I'm hoping the schools I applied to in the west are pretty lax as far as smoking goes.
I got to college in a conservative state, and my campus is pretty conservative. While I have met many stoners like myself, they are definately in the minority. Bud is pretty expensive in my opinion. You can only get either really good or really bad weed, or atleast that is all I can find. 50 an 8th for top grade bud, and like 40-50 a quarter for bad stuff. When I say bad I mean bad. One of my friends bought a bag of some weed that was completely brown, like someone just vaporized it all then sold it. Smoke a joint of it and got a headache.
I think that like... 40% of the people actually smoke at school, 75% has tried it once, 25% are retards, and I think that in my class, 90% of the people smoke, hehe.
I dont have a problem with people who choose not to smoke, I kinda find that to be a rather harsh statement. The only people that bug me are the ones that have never tried the stuff but talk down about it even though they are really mis-informed. They assume that its some mind rotting, turn you psycho, and then lead you to be a heroine addict substance.
you lucky son of a bitch! I have to frezze my balls of and dodge cops to smoke around here. Althouhg they have bigger problems liek random girls gettign raped... My college campus is a fucking war zone.
Humboldt, you lucky bastard! I go to a community college, which means that at least 70% of the people there smoke weed. Last year I ended up selling a prof. of mine a couple grams of sour d that he smelled in my pocket during a lecture.
lots of people smoke here (wilfrid laurier) if you're caught on campus you get either a) kicked out of res for a week b) kicked out of res perm. (you can still go to class, you just need to find off campus housing). But what do i care? I smoke off campus so i don't have to deal with the bullshit.
Lots of people smoke. Certainly not everyone, but plenty. There are quite a few hardcore potheads, although not a tremendous amount because I go to a school where people tend to be driven (plus there is a very real chance of flunking out if you don't stay on top of your shit). The quality of weed overall is exceptional. It's all dank or serious headies. Just got some northern lights tonight... yikes. I should post a pic.
UMass Amherst. i smoke right outside my dorm, and walking to a friend's place. The students couldn't care less, and you stay away from faculty. Security is tight, but youjust be smart about it and be responsible. Prices vary. The kid I buy from now picks up in large quantities from home, and my 1/8s cost $40. 1/4s cost $65. I also know a kid on campus that sells g's for $20 and 1/8s for $70 which is extremly high. I don't understand how he does buisness, and I would never buy from him. Idiot.
hahaah yeaaa Humboldt is hilarious... im a senior in the Wildlife program here and during our field trips (we have mandatory ones where we learn field work) people brought a Keg and everyone was blazing nonstop, in front of the professors and everything. My buddy even brought his Volcano (its a really awesome electric vaporizer) and hooked it up to his truck!!!!! its just nuts!! when i first got here i was like yes, these are my people..
I just smoke a jay or bowl on the way from work to school. So I just go in blazed. But if I wanted to smoke at school I would just get in my car and ride around campus. It's very easy to get away with smoking at school.
haha yah you gotta love the hood. My college aint bad at all though, my boy goes there too and has a class at the same time as me so we'll blaze in the parking lot. Its a community college so its not like people are really doing much dealing on the campus or anything. I guess my hookup is good though for college prices lol
haha dude i go to umass amherst too, its so easy to smoke here. You can just smoke right in your dorm room if you have a fan. I would say those prices are accurate, and the bud here is pretty good too.
