Nostferatu---which one do you like better?

    do you like the original better or the 79' remake?? i am still trying to decide...just wondering what you all think.

    i haven't seen the '79 remake. But i always like originals more than remakes...

    i really liked the original. haven't seen the remake, but i did enjoy Shadow of the Vampire... which was practically a remake.

    I like the original... but then again I like the original with Type O Negative's music to it.

    i saw a foreign movie done of it in color. it was brilliant, even with the subtitles. the cinematography was beautiful. i dont know which country made it but i wish i did. i would buy it

    Both are two of my favorite horror/vampire films. I think I like Herzog's film a little more at the moment. Its the most beautiful horror film I've ever seen. and has probably the most accurate atomosphere that should accompany a vampire film. but both are amazing.
