All I did was round the tips with a felting needle around 2/3 months. Oh and seperate them. Other then that nothing. Thank you:sunny:
they look super nice sistah.....they look prime for a peyote stitch! i have a few really nice stitchs already made and i can do custom stitchs (fairies, mermaids, lion o judah etc). if you're ever interested in doing a trade let me know. love and light to you
wow, i'm really impressed. those look much older than five months. congratulations on a gorgeous set of locks!
a peyote stitch is a way to weave seed beads off the loom....they can be spiral tube shape or flat. the tube ones are excellent for adorning yer locks and they can help smooth out bumps. here's some examples of peyote stitchs i've made for other folks
you said you rounded the tips with a felting needle... what's with that...what did you do with the needle to make the tips round out whatever it is i defintely need to do it once mine are a little older
yeah i'd like to know to how to round the tips of my dreads, really need it. after a year i still have problems with the tips of my dreads. tried to look it up at the internet and found nothing. this can imply two things: -it's not there - i suck at browsing the net since we're talking abou the internet here, i'd go for the latter, but still, please help me out if you can...
she used a felting needle....look up needle felting and i think you'll find enough direction to help you begin experimenting with yer locks. i like the results she acheived doing this....but personally, i still think not messing with yer dreads too much is key. good luck
wow those look great, and way older than five months. i dont usually like rounded tips all that much, but yours look really nice
