Ok well this weekend my boyfriend, brother and i will be trippin for our first time were going to abe taking 2 hits each. Ive read alot about LSD and peoples experiences. People tell me that you can read all you want but you really dont understand until youve tryed it. So to all the people that have tripped before you have any tips to make it more enjoyable? or some advice?
There are literally hundreds of threads on this topic. The only advice I have is to make sure you are with good people (sounds like you will be), have some things planned to do in case you get bored (figuring out what to "do" can be tricky on LSD), and relax and have fun. Try not to think about the fact that you are tripping the whole time. Just trip.
Make sure you'll have a place where noone will bother you and you'll be safe when something will be bad.
Do your best to not resist any of the things you see, sounds you hear, or thoughts you have. Resisting can make it all worse, very quickly.
Remeber that you have to be mentally read for it. If you're unsure don't do it - the effects can go baaaad....
make sure there will be no disturbances, smoke some weed immediately after you take it, then don't smoke any more for the rest of the trip. put on some good music - music that creates a good mood, like pink floyd, hendrix, etc. and just let the trip come - remember, acid has an incredibly deep effect, so be prepared to take your sights and sounds to heart - and it'll be fuckin' awesome
speaking from personal experience, glowsticks make some awesome trip toys, when you break them open and fling them everywhere, the effect made my whole body feel great just looking at it. Two hits for me was a lot more controllable then I expected, maybe I got weaker L, or maybe I didn't overthink it. You'll be fine, especially with your boy friend, I wanted to be with my girl soooo bad. Have a great trip.!
I disagree. Dont smoke weed atleast for a couple hours. It will will make you feel like your tripping way harder, but it may also cloud your mind a little. I think its good to feel LSD by itself atleast for a little while.
